ORDER IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS
If you are shopping for the festive season, for the best chance of receiving your order by the 24th of December, please ensure that your order is placed on or before the below dates::
UK Standard Delivery - by 1PM Friday 20th December
UK Express Delivery - by 10am Monday 23rd December
European Delivery - by 10am Monday 16th December
US Delivery - by 10am Thursday 19th December
Rest Of The World - by 10am Monday 16th December
Orders placed by the dates shown will be scheduled for pre-Christmas delivery with our carriers, however we suggest that your order ASAP to avoid any unforeseen delays.
Orders made before 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day, except during very busy sale/promotion/holiday periods. During very busy sale/promotion/holiday periods, we still dispatch the vast majority of orders same day, but unfortunately cannot guarantee this for all orders. Orders placed on the weekend are dispatched on Monday.

*Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped on our Next Day service. Orders placed after will be shipped the following buisness day. No Saturday Delivery. Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered Monday.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
We know there’s nothing better than Christmas shopping to get you in the festive spirit. We also know that sometimes you might change your mind, that’s why we’ve extended our normal returns policy over the festive period.
In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online between Wednesday 23rd October 2024 and Wednesday 25th December 2024 can be returned up until, and including Friday 10th January 2025 for a full refund back to your original payment method.
Just make sure your unwanted gifts are unused, in the original packaging (if appropriate) and still have the tags attached.
FREE UK RETURNS ON ALL ORDERS
We understand that sometimes people wish to return goods for a variety of reasons. That's why we offer an easy FREE UK 30 days returns policy. It's our gentlemen's agreement.
Unwanted goods must be returned in an unused, fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
A free Royal Mail returns form will be sent with each order.
RETURNING GOODS FROM EUROPE
Due to legislation changes you will need additional paperwork to ensure no additional taxes or duty are applied to your return goods. Please email us at sales@alanpaine.co.uk with your order number and items you wish to return. We will send the relevant documents. Please note without these documents any additional tax and duty that may be applied will be deducted from your refund amount.
If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, the cost of return postage is to be paid by you. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, we will pay the cost of returning the item. Proof of postage costs will be required.
RETURNING GOODS FROM REST OF THE WORLD
When returning goods from the US you must attach a customs declaration describing the goods as ‘British Returned Goods’ only. Items returned with incorrect customs declaration may be delayed in customs and may lead to the parcel being returned to sender. We are unable to accept any parcel with customs charges payable, such parcels will be refused and returned to sender. We are unable to refund any import duties or local taxes in relation to returned or exchanged goods.
